No, the resort-style pool is members-only. The resort pool is available for use by owners and guests staying in the townhomes and villas at the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club. Some of the single family homes also have access to the resort pool.

The condo towers and other single family homes have access to their own pools instead of the resort pool. If you have a question about access, please ask the people you rented from.

No, you may not under any circumstance park on any grassy or sandy areas. This is where our water, power, and cable lines are run.

Use the garbage and recycle containers for your unit. Both are picked up on Wednesday morning. You can put the bins out on Tuesday afternoon and roll them back in Wednesday evening.

Golf carts have operating limitations. Make sure you discuss with your rental agency or homeowner before renting a golf cart. Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts.

Parking is limited to the driveways and garage areas. Please do NOT block the sidewalk for the safety of our children and pets. This is where they walk and play. Our streets are small and quaint so cars are not permitted to park streetside so that emergency vehicles can pass.

Parking is tight in our community. Depending on the size of the vehicles, you can park 2 small cars (head to tail) in the garage or one larger vehicle. Same with the driveway.. If you have a golf cart, it must be parked in the garage.

The Lagoon is part of the preserve and protected by law. No access of any kind is allowed. The lakes and ponds throughout the community are part of the storm water drainage system and can not be accessed. However, you can usually see lot of bird life around our water areas.

Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the quiet hours. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in a warning or eviction.
